iqz9x Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the iqz9x website and services (collectively the "Platform"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between iqz9x ("we", "our") and any person using the Platform ("you", "user").

By registering on or using the iqz9x platform in any way, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

Registration Requirements

To create an account and enjoy services on the iqz9x platform, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements related to a bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

Welcome Bonus

iqz9x offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. The following terms apply to this bonus:

• The first deposit must be at least ৳100 to receive the bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Each account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If a withdrawal is made before the welcome bonus is earned, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonus offers are valid only for the period specified by iqz9x.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address, device or household are not permitted.
• iqz9x will have the final say on any irregularities related to bonuses.
• iqz9x reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• iqz9x's decision is final in matters of bonus granting and cancellation.

VIP Program

iqz9x's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level comes with various benefits including weekly cashback. iqz9x reserves the right to change the terms of VIP membership.

General Gaming Terms

Casino games, slots, cricket betting and other games are available on the iqz9x platform. The following rules apply to all games:

• If the internet connection is lost, ongoing bets are generally settled automatically by the system.
• If a result is voided due to a software error or technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• iqz9x game results are determined by neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If evidence of a technical error in a game result is found, iqz9x reserves the right to review it.

Sports Betting

The following terms apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:

• Odds are variable and may change at any time before an event begins.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets may be rejected due to technical issues during live betting.
• Bets associated with match fixing or similar fraudulent activity will be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iqz9x platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Match fixing, collusion or use of fraudulent strategies.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Attempting to manipulate the system using software or any automated method.
• Registering with false information or concealing identity.
• Conducting transactions in the name of a third party.
• Attempting to hack the platform's security systems or software.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, possible confiscation of balance and legal action where necessary.
